Bill has over 25 years experience providing a complete range of consulting services  

As an implementer, Bill has considerable expertise in deploying solutions to the small to mid-market business sector with exposure to many different client types including pharmaceuticals, automotive, construction and distribution possessing particular expertise in financial, project management and order to cash areas. 

A strong financial background has permitted Bill to provide many clients with successful on-time, on-budget installations.  He has been responsible for over 100 successful implementations starting from needs analysis through training to final deployment continuing with on-going support and consultation. 

JOHN BRERETON - Consultant

John is an experienced well rounded consultant with a track record of delivering innovative, effective, and cost optimized solutions.

John has extensive experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.  John was a CIO for UTi Contract Logistics & Distribution (Nasdaq:UTIW) for 2 years responsible for providing vision, strategic planning and coordination of Information Technology.  Prior to that, John held several positions with Unigistix Inc. (a UTi Canadian Subsidiary) over 11 years lastly in the position of co-leader. Other positions held included CIO & CFO and VP Business Development.

Before Unigistix, John worked in the telecommunications industry for 6 years serving lastly in the position of Product Accounting Manager at Bell Mobility in Canada.

John is a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), has GMP Certification for Importers/Distributors, is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and was awarded a UTi leadership award in Information Technology.

John’s education includes Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) from the University of Toronto, majoring in Accounting and Computer Science, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a member of the American Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA) and a P.Log designation from the Canadian Logistics Institute.


SONIA STUART - Associate


Sonia has over 23 years experience, providing consulting in computerize financial applications.

She has considerable expertise in implementing solutions using Accpac, Adagio and Macola for small to medium size business types such as retail/wholesale distributors, automotive repair centers, custom manufacturer using job tracking and manufacturing using bill of material.

Her strong financial, computer programming and system analysis background provides her with the tools needed to achieve on-time, on-budget installations and training. Over the years she has had many successful implementations beginning with needs analysis through training to project completion followed by on going support as required.
